Refund Policy
DPP offers a 100% refund policy on all units that are calibrated by our team and fail calibration within 3 months of receiving back after recalibration
Damage in shipping must be claimed within 24 hours of receiving your product to request refund on damaged products.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
